About Sparkle Carcass:

Sparkle Carcass formed in 2017 around songwriter Cody Palmer following the dissolution of his previous efforts with power pop trio Tuff Slang. Cody’s songwriting pulls from all the best music to come out of Texas, Southern California, and the Midwest to give you drinkin’ songs, dancin’ songs, and songs that make you wanna stay a while. Most importantly, each song delivers on the honest storytelling that makes country music worth listening to. No matter the venue, a Sparkle Carcass show is like a good night out: exciting, surprising, and a damn good time.

The Swains, fronted by father and daughter duo Jack and Rachel, boast striking family harmonies paired with rich songwriting and classic country instrumentation. With a repertoire of originals and classic country songs, the Swains perform with a full band country outfit including Ed Sullivan on bass, Chuck Harling on drums, and Dennis Andreatta on pedal steel or as a duo for more acoustic events. Their songwriting influences span country, southern rock, roadhouse, cosmic country, Americana, and red dirt, and reflect the Texas roots of Jack and Rachel. Their music speaks to the full range of human experience, punctuated with their signature blend of blood harmonies and heartache.
